The JIBO Developer Edition comes with a full SDK. If you are interested in developing new skills (robot applications) for the JIBO Store, the SDK is your route there. The SDK will be available in advance of your robot shipping, so start jotting those ideas down.

JIBO Developer Support
With the purchase of the JIBO Developer Edition, you will be enrolled in the JIBO Developer Program and have direct access to support and advice from our team. With the purchase of any JIBO, anyone can have access to the JIBO Forum, where you will receive additional information, support, and updates from the JIBO community.

The JIBO SDK includes:

– Animation Tools that give developers control over JIBO’s movements and displays

– Timeline Tools that give developers the ability to sequence and combine animations

– Behavior Tools that give developers the ability to control how JIBO engages and responds to people

– A Visual Simulator that gives developers the ability to create and observe more basic animations, timelines and behaviors without an actual robot.

Where do we ship?
At this time Jibo is available in the US, Canada, the EU (all 28 countries), Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru & Mexico. International shipping dates may vary dependent on certification in country. All Jibos use US American-accented English. Support of other languages and accents will come in the future.

JIBO InDemand pre- orders will begin to be fulfilled in the April/May 2016 timeframe on a first-ordered, first- received basis. JIBO, Inc. will keep you notified of your JIBO ship date.
